Artificial Turf and Rubber Surface Installation & Maintenance

PolyTurf synthetic turf, PolyStar poured in place playground surfacing, and Rubberway pervious pavements and rubber sidewalks are relatively easy to install. Some systems can be easily installed by anyone handy while others require professional installation. All systems are virtually maintenance free, but a regular maintenance program will ensure a long lasting, trouble free and cost effective project.

Professional Synthetic Turf and Rubber Surfacing Installation

USSA, Inc is our general contracting company responsible for installations and maintenance. We have on call trained and competent crews available across America who will ensure that the sub-strate is properly prepared, the edges are adequately protected, and know how to work with the material properly.  For our Rubberway and PolyStar systems, this means the rubber and binder are well mixed in the correct proportions and at the right temperature, and the surface is troweled smoothly and expertly. Intricate designs may also be incorporated. Artwork is a craft USSA installers have refined over 15+ years of experience and we are very capable of accomplishing any sort of look or theme for our very particular cliental. PolyTurf synthetic grass installations require the same attention to detail. Curves and shapes have to be carefully planned and cut perfectly to size. Seams must virtually invisible. The stability of our system is criticial to safety and performance.

All installations done by our contractors carry a 5-10 year product and installation warranty.

We take your satisfaction with our end result very seriously. With over 20 years of combined industry know how, our experience and references are what set us apart from many companies that are here today and gone tomorrow.

Maintenance Recommendations

All of our products require some maintainance throughout the system's useful lifecycle. This means that our certified contractors  can install the product and have residual income from maintenance services. Frequent contact with their customers builds relationships and generates new business leads and referrals.

Our clients can be confident that some of our industry's best project managers and crew are on site, installing our certified systems, using top quality materials and maintaining the integrity of the systems to last the lifetime of our product.

Like any project, regular maintenance will extend the useful life of the installation and minimize any problems that may develop. Our maintenance contractors will, depending on the specific contract, keep the surface free of any potentially damaging contaminents, repair small damaged areas, clean the surface and refresh the UV protective coating if necessary. Maintenance contracts are arranged to suit the wishes and needs of our customers.

Protect your investment and reduce injuries caused by a torn or damaged surface with an on-going maintenance contract.
